Brocco-Mole is a Corner Porch favorite. Don’t get us wrong, we love avocados, but there is something great about getting your daily dose of vegetables and enjoying a delicious dip. This is our version of the party sharing “chip + dip”.


9 Cups broccoli (Chopped)
3 Jalapeno (Chopped)
1/3 Cup scallions (minced)
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 Cup greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon cumin
2 Bundles of cilantro
4 oz Lime Juice
Salt + Pepper to taste


  1. Steam broccoli until soft – drain and let cool after
  2. Blend broccoli with 1 cup of it’s balanced water
  3. Add add ingredients into a bowl
  4. Fold in broccoli – strain excess liquid

Enjoy with any chip of choice, we recommend soft pita chips!
